Everyone looks at the top of the range. The number that decides whether this scope suits you is at the bottom. Six is the lowest it will go, and even wound right down the view is five metres across at a hundred, which is too narrow to pick up anything that moves. So it is not a scope for walking a hedge with. It is for a rested rifle and a mark that stays put: a bench, a hide, a target at a measured distance. Given that, twenty-four times and a half mil dot will show you what your rifle can really do.
