There is a joke here and Barbour are plainly in on it. Of all the things a dog might be handed, a wellington is the one it would have chosen for itself, and this is a soft version with a squeaker inside that costs a great deal less than a real pair. The outer is cotton and polyester, the filling polyester, and it is trimmed in Barbour tartan like everything else in the range. For carrying and shaking about rather than serious chewing, though the dog is unlikely to hold that against it. Sponge clean only.
