This one is unashamedly for Christmas. The ears are tartan, so is the nose, and there is a little tartan scarf round its neck, with the Barbour logo stitched onto one foot where nobody would think to look for it. It stands 19cm tall with a squeaker inside: small enough to go in a stocking, soft enough to be slept with afterwards, which is generally what happens to the good ones. Hand wash at 30°C. If you are buying for a dog in December this is the obvious answer, and it photographs rather well under a tree.
