The Barbour Sapper Wax Jacket is a subtly tailored, army-inspired jacket that blends rugged functionality with a smart, clean silhouette. Made from medium-weight 6oz Sylkoil waxed cotton, it has a softer, more pliable feel than heavier wax jackets and develops its own character and patina over time. The two-way front zip sits under a studded storm flap for reliable weather protection, with corduroy detailing on the inner collar and cuffs for comfort. A stowaway waterproof hood tucks neatly into the collar when you don’t need it. Four outer snap pockets, a zipped chest pocket and an inner zipped pocket give you plenty of storage, while the inner waist drawcord lets you pull the shape in. Lined and insulated with 70g polyester wadding, it’s warm enough for three seasons and smart enough for town or country. Sponge clean only, and reproofable with Barbour wax to keep it weatherproof for years to come.
