The brushed polyester outer is completely silent, over a membrane rated 10,000mm waterproof with fully taped seams. Hip zips open the side seams, so it sits comfortably in the saddle or on the quad. The wired hood rolls away into the collar, the front zip has a popper storm flap and pullers you can work in gloves, and there are three zipped pockets. Drawcord waist, wide Velcro cuffs.
