Scale is what makes this one work. The blooms are drawn large, a single flower spanning most of the width of the cloth, so the pattern still reads from across a room instead of blurring into busyness the way small prints can. The weave has a soft twill face and a little more weight than a summer scarf, enough to sit properly on the shoulders and hold a knot without creeping loose through the afternoon. Two colourways that go in quite different directions: warm grey with ochre leaves and cream flowers centred in burnt orange, or deep navy with turquoise and flowers centred in pink.
