Look at the cuffs and the yoke and you will see the stripe has turned. It runs down the body as you would expect, then crosses horizontally at the shoulder and the wrist, a small piece of cutting that costs nothing to look at and gives the shirt far more interest than a plain stripe manages. The shoulder is dropped and the hem falls longer at the back than the front, so it sits easily over jeans without wanting to be tucked in, and a pleat in the back yoke lets you move. Cotton oxford, in pink stripe or chambray stripe. UK 8 to 18, machine wash at 30°C.
